We have a lots of newbie freelancer. Most of them came to freelance marketplace to earn money. But most of the time (99%) they failed to earn money in first time and they get disappointed. But they should try more better to get his first job and starting career as a freelancer.

It’s all about consistency. You’ve got to deliver and continue to do so. Then word will get out that you’re someone that people can count on. The internet is a place where it’s hard to find good workers. People will tell their friends and you’ll get even more work.

The problem is that a lot of new freelancers think all they have to do is post their job on a freelance site and people will start knocking down their door to hire them. If you expect that then you're doomed to fail. As soon as you post your job or gig, you have to let the world know about it on a daily basis until you build up a client list. That means getting on all of the social networks and start promoting yourself. People can't hire you if they don't know you exist.
