I have around 2 to 3 sites but I couldn't do search optimization for all these sites.
Are there ways to manage time and SEO for more sites at the same time. I.e 10 sites
or you have to hire someone do SEO on other websites?

If you don't have the time to SEO your websites, then yes, you would have to hire someone to do it. SEO is a tricky thing and it's not something I would trust to an automated tool. If you can't afford someone to do it, the best thing to do is just concentrate on one website one day, then do another the next day, and so on.

You never want to use automated tools when it comes to SEO. It will cause you big problems. That’s because a site can easily get penalized by Google and the other search engines.

You can hire someone for your SEO easily from the online marketplaces. I will suggest you to go for the fiverr market place. You can easily find SEO experts in short money.

I think your best bet is to do the SEO yourself. At least you will know it was done and done correctly. You never want to trust something as important as SEO to just anyone. A lot of people say they can do it for you but then they don't show you the proof that it was done, there are a lot of con artists out there.
